Author: CAUAYAN CITY, Isabela – A former barangay chairman and two other persons were killed while a chief tanod was wounded in a shooting incident along a road in Barangay Bisag of the coastal island town of Palanan, Isabela last Monday night, a belated report said Wednesday.
