BALAMBAN, Cebu – The ongoing drive against marijuana plants in the province yielded yet another positive result as the police uprooted some 3,000 ready-to-harvest marijuana plants, estimated to be worth P1 million when dried and sold in the black market, in the mountain barangay of Magsaysay, in this town.The discovery of the marijuana plantation in Sitio Liki came after a tip from concerned citizens.
